Affiliate Program Terms

Registration activates your affiliate code, referral tracking, and dashboard immediately. Free Buffro Pro access is optional and is enabled only after you request it and Buffro verifies your details. Payout requests remain subject to manual review.

You earn 30% of the price paid for a person's first paid Buffro Pro subscription through your code. We calculate it before app store fees or taxes are deducted. Prices vary by country and store. Renewals do not count. Commission stays pending for 45 days. Refunds or reversed payments can cancel pending commission or be deducted from future payouts.

Payouts are calculated in USD. You can request a payout when at least $25 is available. Requests submitted during a UTC calendar month are reviewed and, if approved, processed between the 1st and 15th of the following month. We send approved payouts to the method saved in your dashboard. Provider, conversion, network, withdrawal, or tax fees may reduce what you receive. Keep your payout details current. You are responsible for taxes, and we may request tax paperwork before paying you.

You must clearly disclose your relationship to Buffro anywhere you promote Buffro or share your code. Put the disclosure where viewers can easily see it. Use simple wording such as "affiliate code", "I earn commission", "affiliate link", "ad", or #ad.

Base your Buffro content on your real experience. Do not claim guaranteed transformations, medical outcomes, injury treatment, exact earnings, secret pricing, or results Buffro cannot prove. Do not say your code unlocks a special price unless Buffro confirms that offer is active.

Do not use fake accounts, self-referrals, spam, coupon sites without permission, paid ads that target Buffro brand terms, impersonation, misleading health claims, copied content, or attempts to identify buyers. Do not pressure people to buy, hide your relationship to Buffro, or manipulate subscriptions, refunds, devices, accounts, or referral tracking.

A paused code stops new signups, but valid commission already earned is still honored. Buffro may pause codes or free Buffro Pro access, reject commission, remove access, or end participation for abuse, fraud, brand or legal risk, or a breach of these rules. Unpaid or pending commission may be forfeited when an account ends for abuse, fraud, or breach.

You participate as an independent contractor, not as a Buffro employee, representative, or business partner. You are responsible for your own equipment, taxes, and promotion. You may not speak for Buffro or make commitments on Buffro's behalf.

We may update these terms and commission rates for future earnings; major changes apply going forward. Keeping your code in use after an update means you accept the updated terms. The version date is shown above.

The program is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Buffro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total program liability is limited to commission actually owed to you. These terms follow the laws that apply to Buffro's operating entity, and disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
