Creator program rules.

These launch terms summarize the rules approved creators must follow. Final payout and tax workflows may require additional paperwork before payments begin.

Version: June 24, 2026 · Questions: support@buffro.app

Invite-only approval

Submitting an application does not make you an affiliate. Buffro manually approves creators, codes, dashboard access, Creator Pro access, and payouts.

Commission base

Commission is based on what Buffro keeps after taxes, store fees, refunds, chargebacks, and payment adjustments. Launch rates are 30% for the first paid year and 15% for the second.

Refund clearing

Commission stays pending for 45 days before it becomes ready to pay. Refunds, chargebacks, or reversals can cancel pending commission or create negative adjustments against future payouts.

Payouts

Launch payouts are manual, monthly, and in USD. You must reach the minimum payout amount first. Provider fees, bank fees, currency conversion, and tax withholding may reduce the amount you receive.

Disclosure

You must clearly say when you may earn money from Buffro, in wording that fits your platform and local law — "affiliate code", "affiliate link", or #ad all work.

Prohibited behavior

Do not use fake accounts, self-referrals, spam, or coupon sites without permission. Do not use brand-keyword ads, impersonation, misleading health claims, or guaranteed transformation claims.

Pausing vs. termination

If your code is paused, it stops bringing in new signups, but commission you already earned is still honored and paid — including renewals from people who subscribed before the pause. If your account is ended for abuse, fraud, or breach, unpaid and pending commission may be forfeited.

Termination

Buffro may pause codes, remove creator access, pause Creator Pro access, reject commission, or end participation. Reasons include abuse, fraud, brand risk, legal risk, or breach of these rules.

Independent contractor

You participate as an independent contractor. You are not a Buffro employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer. You are responsible for your own equipment, taxes, and promotion. You may not represent yourself as Buffro or make commitments for Buffro.

Taxes

You are responsible for taxes on your commission. Before payouts begin, we may require tax paperwork (a W-9 for US persons, a W-8BEN for non-US persons) and may delay payouts until it's provided. We report payments where the law requires it.

Payment timing & method

Payouts are manual and in USD, processed after the refund window once your balance reaches the minimum. We send them by Wise or PayPal to the details you provide — keeping those correct is on you. Currency conversion, transfer fees, and bank fees may reduce what you receive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and commission rates for future earnings; major changes apply going forward. Keeping your code in use after an update means you accept the updated terms. The version date is shown above.

Limitation of liability

The program is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Buffro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for the program is limited to the commission actually owed to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws that apply to Buffro's operating entity. Conflict-of-law rules do not apply. Disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction's courts unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
