How we use affiliate data

Your Buffro account powers your affiliate profile, dashboard, and optional Buffro Pro access. We collect your account email, affiliate name, social links, affiliate code, and optional contact method and contact details. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated registration attempts. Your Buffro email must be confirmed before registration. We also process login sessions, acceptance records, account status, code changes, and security notices. Setup and reset tokens may remain for older applications.

You can see your own affiliate code, code entries, paid subscriptions, earnings, payout status, payout history, Buffro Pro access status, and support resources.

Affiliates never receive buyer emails, names, account IDs, body scans, workout logs, nutrition logs, photos, measurements, or other private Buffro data. We show only the transaction details needed to explain commission and may group, delay, or hide details when needed to protect a buyer.

We use payout details, tax forms, payment records, and support messages to process payouts. Current options may require a PayPal email or USDC on Solana wallet address. Full payout details are not shown again in the dashboard; only a masked summary is displayed. When you request a payout, authorized Buffro staff can review the affiliate account, available amount, threshold, masked destination, and relevant account information.

Supabase and your chosen sign-in provider handle account confirmation and password reset emails. We use Resend for Buffro Pro access verification, payout-detail changes, payout notices, support, and older setup emails. We may use Discord and internal admin tools to verify accounts, investigate payout issues, prevent abuse, and coordinate support.

We keep program records to prevent fraud, handle accounting, follow the law, verify terms acceptance, resolve refunds or disputed payments, and keep payout records accurate. Email support@buffro.app with any access or removal questions.
